Hey, Brother! Yes, on many occasions. Sure makes for a good day, even when they say, "Talk to the hand."
Obeying Him always lifts my day.No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.
For those who have fought for it, freedom has a sweetness the protected will never know.

Cradle Catholic here, started attending a Fundamental Baptist Church and was saved a little over 2 months ago Amen. Unfortunately only talk about the word of God at churches that we take care of, other than that unfortunately people can mistake what you say and with todays laws your job can be affected.

You make a couple of good points, Joey. But if you ask the Holy Spirit to give you opportunity to share, you will be amazed at what people are willing to talk about...without jeopardizing your job. I agree you have to be careful but it is still a wide open field. Just keep your ears open for the right time.
I'm glad to hear you have eternal life, Brother. You sound excited but cautious. I guess that's good but don't let caution dampen your excitement. Cling to your new found faith. It will get you through some unbelievably tough times. No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.

So glad to hear your testimonies. If we pray for opportunities, God will find the way to make it smooth and easy while we are on the job. Incorporating our FaithWalk with our work gives extra special meaning -- it becomes a calling , instead of just a job to make a living. God has blessed my hvac business tremendously and i give him the glory.

Love you guys that found God then try and preach your belives to others. There are many chalanges we face each day. If you are truly saved and do your best to live each day as if you are walking with the lord on a daily basis it will show, in your eyes , your speach, and in the manner you conduct yourself. Your co workes your friends and your customers will notice. When the time is right they will open up and give you the chance to let them know how happy the gospel has made you. so I would not be so conserned about preaching to people that just are not ready to hear what you have to say.Be the best example you can be, the blessings will follow

Let your light shine brother!...............
I get a kick outta some folk who put on their Christian hard hats only on Sunday, the rest of the week is "their time" I guess........don't they realize that we are constantly "under construction" as Christians and "commanded" (not asked or requested) to take the "Word of Truth" into the world and all nations?
Now, does that mean that we should stand on our JOBOX every morning and tell all non-believers that they are doomed to enternal damnation if they don't know Jesus as their personnal Savior? That is an individual situation question...... if the Holy Spirit so moves you to speak it from the mountain tops, so be it brothers!
I personnally think that we should treat each situation as what it is.......a situation that the Holy Spirit has placed in our path. I think to not say anything at all when the Holy Spirit moves is as bad, if not worse, then to preach it from a JOBOX.
Keeping in mind of course that in most situations a one to one person basis is best. Preach it in love brothers, conviction and fire/brimstone is the job of the Holy Spirit.
My grandmother always said, "You'll catch more flies with honey than you will with vinegar."

ME: Thanks for your reply. The Great Commision given to all Believers in Christ doesnt qualify 'when the time is right' ; it says (paraphrased) , to go into all the world to spread seed EVERYWHERE you go and some of it will take root. While im all for Friendship Evangelism, many people can die (and miss Heaven) before they eventually become your friend ...and many can die before they finally notice that you are a good example . I think as Believers, we can be somewhat assertive without appearing preachy, forceful, coersive, etc....

Joey, Tracts are a good way to get the message out. They make '$20' tracts also - had one guy pick it up off the floor in a restaurant and read it intently while he was standing in line. If you want some tract tips...go to http://www.chick.com . They are the tract gurus.

These money tracts go over really big with kids strategically putting them in public places ; they really enjoy sitting back and waiting 'for the catch' . I dropped one intentionally on the floor at a restuarant recently and sat back to observe ; within 5 minutes, this young lady spotted it lying next to someone who was sitting on a chair. She casually walked over and put her foot on it and proceeded to look around ...then , after about 30 seconds, she quickly reached down to retrieve it and stuffed it in her pocket in the blink of an eye. I enjoyed that little episode.
My favorite tract is called : Have you been brainwashed . ITs a tract of maybe 15 pages that shows , sceintifically, the utter fallacy of macro evolution. Its a good one to leave on the windshield of those cars that have the rear bumper Fish Symbol with 'Darwin' written on the inside.

I have heard it said preach always, and only use words when necessary.
I worked with a man he was my boss for 20 years. He always gave me a hard time about my going to church and giving. Especially the time and work that I put in there.
I now have a different job. Last year after 5+ years he called me out of the blue. He had accepted chirst as his Lord. He is ;now on my Facillities team and we spent the afternoon on the roof doing the annuals on the AC. What a absolute blessing he has been to me and the church.

If you like music and are in California consider going to Spirit West Caost in July. The web page for the info is http://www.SpiritWestCoast.com. Consider Volunteering we could use help in the electrical dept before, during, and after the event. You will work hard and make some great friends.
God bless all
