I am interested.I have a strong background in hvac for 15 years of installs and changeouts for residential and commercial units. I will be in Findlay Ohio in about a week for about 1 1/2 weeks if you would like to set up a time to talk in person. I would love to hear more details about the job such as requirements and specific details.

Have you tried
Try registering on they following web sites:
http://www.hireability.com/
http://www.careerbuilder.com/
http://www.careerbuilder.com/
http://www.hvacagent.com/
This one is not bad. An advertises on this web site
And the old reliably The Dept. of Labor
http://www.dol.gov/
They should get you the better help, for they have got to have enough brains to look for a job and nowhere to look.
GOOD LUCK in finding someone that can do what you want them to do and not tell you what they can't do until there hired.
