How do you get to the start up folder or registry?

Re-install 98 or 2000 and get rid of that POS operating system!!

To access the start up list... start...run... type msconfig, then select the startup tab.
access the registry the same way by typing regedit.

What happens when you "right-click" on the Start button, and then select "Explore"? On Win2000 that starts up Explorer right on the Start Menu.

try spygate personal firewall run your anti virus,that should find the little bastard.

Update your programs before scanning... (ad aware or spybot)
If that doesnt work try Hijack this
