Lots of people have DUI's and they "Do"

I never do, theres a story to it. To wrap in up in a nutshell, new years with my gf. Leave her friends house, she clips a tow truck while driving her car, my cell is no where to be found. Start walking towards a gas station to get to a pay phone, cop pulls up. gets me as driver. I have witness reports, photos, etc. But my attourney says theres still a chance. My gf called a million times to ammend the report but to no avail.

Not sure about Kahleefwornia, but in most states you can at least get a permit to drive to work after your first DUI. You will probably have to drop some cash in your lawyer's hand, that how the system seems to work these days.
Regardless of how it turns out, take it as a lesson learned.
Your next problem will be insurance; it may cost you a fortune for awhile. If you work for someone, the boss may not be amused. (relating from experience as a boss)

JP that's Cruel, but true.
I made 7 years the first of April. I'm lucky I'm still alive and luckier that I didn't kill someone else while I was drinking.
Did you get a (bottom feeding) Lawyer? Here in SC and NC for around $2000.00 a Lawyer can help. Good luck. We all make mistakes.Yes, I know I Shouldn't But I Just Can't Help Myself...

It may be a problem, depends on your employer and his insurance policy. If he is looking for an easy way to get rid of you, well, you're toast, cause now he has it.

So you where not driving? Make the cops prove you where. If you have witnesses, go to court.
Beware of advice given by some guy on the Internet.

Sounds like the plan there,... an unusual situation for sure. Beat it if you can.
A DUI or DWI usually kills any chance of employment here for insurance related reasons. It is because you drive a company vehicle. I think it is for 5 years, then it is off your driving record.I draw all my schematics in crayon now. If they cannot always be correct, they can at least be colorful.
Service calls submitted after 3PM will be posted the next business day.

I am not in business to make money from other people so that I can afford to work for you for free.
If the fall is over, mmmm let's say, 6 feet or so,.. I do not 'bounce' very well.
