Where are the wiring diagrams?
I looked up Hobart, Vulcan, Groen,Blodgett, Wolf, etc and none of them have actual service manuals or wiring diagrams. I downloaded the install and operator manuals, but they are simplistic and not very helpful. To get wiring diagrams- they need model# and serial #. Since I haven't seen the equipment yet.... I just need wiring diagrams/service manual
for any model/any manufacter of a steamer, combi oven, fryer (electric), and range. Can anyone help me out.My email is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(I wasn't able to update my email on my profile- go figure, emailed webmaster). Thx guys.

Diagrams
Hi, Henny Penny has excellent manuals on their web site and in my opinon there tech support is second to none. Alsoyou won't get any where with Hobarts tech support (usually), but Vulcan and Traulsen will help and there both owned by Hobart.Check henny penny for combi-ovens, fryers, holding cabinets etc. alot of times I can get the companies I mentioned above to Fax or E-mail me manuals.
Good Luck.

manuals
Sorry that Hobart is so restrictive but they want the business for themselves. It has been this way for years. The way we finally got around the limited access was by having the owner request the manuals. Hobart cannot restrict their access. We could only get a parts list and by parts at retail. We went else where for parts.
