I know I am new to this forum, and well new to your site. Found it a few weeks back.
I can not see (or really do not have permission) to view said link.
I know I am missing something, most likely in the literature when I signed up, so what would be the minimum requirements?

Dealer Toolbox
I found them this summer. The ECM motor tester is pretty cheap and simple to use,i bought one but havnt used it yet.
