I suppose some of us were born with the knowhow to hook up a recovery machine.
When does one cross the line between being a newbie and become an experienced technician?
Is it after one aquires a set of gauges, an acetylene torch, a micron gauge...what? what really sets us apart?

At least the guy is trying to get the knowhow by asking.
    I think thats commendable.....

As for loosing it so soon and giving all that xxx material...I don't know

They teach it in school. They teach how to recover and how the HVAC equiptment operates. Do they teach everything? No they don't but they teach the basics. Now for a newbee that did not go to school he should be with an experienced tech. I do give him credit for asking but his response wasn't called for. If you are a tech then you will know how to recover. If you a newbee without your license to recover then you can't and shoudn't touch it. BUT if you have your license you know how the proceedure is done.

All he had to do was read the book and look at the little diagram. I think he needs to increase his blood pressure medicine.
