Hey Guys, Even though I'm Irish every now and then I like to have a Scotch or 2 or maybe even several.
I'm a Dimple Pinch man. I take it Neat or chase it with distiled water.
If there are other Scotch fans out there whats your flavor?

As bad as it sounds, chivas and milk makes a good drink
I've never thought about that but I have had Miller lite and cottage cheese for breakfast.

The ten year old is more affordable, but not near as good IMO.
They have older bottlings as well, but they are out of my price league, I have never sampled them.
Only expensive single malts for me!

Better yet, Mount Gay Rum, Eclipse.
while i was cleaning out a shed the other day for mil, i found a 50 year old bottle of 15 year old pinch and pinch. it is three sided bottle and still has the tax seal and netting on it! should i take it to the dumps or open it and drink it and hope i don't get violently ill or drunk or something? maybe i should ask dice?
I'm a whiskey lover. I prefer Bourbon, or a good Rye, Scotch is way down the list.
But... my neighbors friend from Scotland came over last year with a bottle of Glenfiddich 50 Year Old Scotch that was quite good...I mean excellent!
In return I gave him a shot of some of my 30 year old Hirsch Rye. (which sadly is now gone and I cant find anymore)
I'm told the way to drink whiskey/whisky is neat. A few drops of water or 1 cube of ice is OK. I drink the good stuff neat and the OK stuff I use for cocktails.
