    Customer thinks that he still has a leak! Turns out the First Co. fan coil wasn't getting any return air and the system would ice up. The return air grill was placed near the floor in the wall but the wall was packed with insulation. The dry wall was never cut out at the top of the wall to allow air to reach the fan coil.
