I think that is what is being said. Why well they don't want to pay for the service. It would be more money out of their pocket or they just do not know any better.

I think it says he took a bunch of Tylenol PM's, and now he's trying to figure out the A/C system before he goes to sleep. I actually had a customer once who would get all whiskey'd up and start to hate his HVAC system. I only fell for that once. After that we would just tell him "No, we WONT come over till your sober" and by the next day he didn't even remember calling us.

If you live at an apartment community they do their prevenitive maintenance usually before you move in. Face it, most people who live in apartments only live there for a year or so and then move on. Myself, I do the pm on the a/c systems for this property, only because no one has taken care of them in a number of years.
