HAD THE same problem couple months ago , turns out the customer ,sent their so called "engineers" or as i like to call the "engine- fars" to change out the contactors when they finished the oil pump was running continously and system went to momentary power loss, turns out the pump was running because they installed normally closed aux contacts where normally open was supposed to be after i solved the pump problem. i noticed wire 10 and 11 was mixed up so wen the chiller tried to energize the contactor to activate k1 the shorting contacts it couldnt cuz the starting contactor did not close, i very much think the problem is at the auzillary contacts.
