When I was visiting Ft. Pierce they have a really nice farmer's market at which they have a lot of food venders.
One guy had a crepe concession. He made crepes on a big griddle and he made crepes which he filed with a variety of stuffings like Ham and cheese, chicken, vegetables etc. He was doing a brisk business.
Last night I had some left over chicken plus some ham and cheese. So I thought this would be a great time to try to make crepes. I went on the net to find out how to make crepes. Here is what I found.
