If the government's idea here is to keep the flow of tax money into the system steady, they will be shooting themselves in the proverbial foot by causing more taxpayers to decrease the amount of taxes going into the fund from payroll taxes.

I do know some very savvy capitalists have already started showing commercials on how to buy the new health care that will be available, and the ink is not dry on the bill yet.
