any work on a Koolfire chiller for residential, cooling glycol loop to the house

my son was there and the customer is having problem, cylcing on pressure switch, they have good flow, but this unit is cutting in and out, cut in set at 90, cut out set at 55, has 225 head pressure, R22 system,
is this system on a auto expansion valve or a TXV, is it critical charge with TXV, and any suggestion as to shy short cycling
