These were the EAC prefilters at a customer's house today. They now have Honeywell media inserts.
Even the clown was sad!

I think you need to sell him 4 self cleaning systems so he doesnt have to worry about it anymore.

I can't count how many times I've seen this. They just don't know they're supposed to clean the prefilters too. Several times I've seen people remove the cells and put in a disposable air filter, then forget about the prefilters.
