just got my EPA card in the mail today. I scored 92% on core,88% on type I,84% on type II and 72% on type III. I wished I had done better on type III but Ill take it. I just started my 2nd semester at the local community college so Im a bit wet behind the ears. I'm looking to learn as much as possible, and have learned alot from this forum. You guys keep posting and Ill keep reading and chime in when I can

Is 72% a passing grade? It's been a while since I did mine.

70% when I took it. I studied while I drove to the test in 1994. Yes, I passed.
Signature on hold. Trying to find a real Jefferson quote I like. Others here have bogus Jefferson quotes too.

yes 72 is passing I was a bit worried about the low pressure stuff anyway. For some reason it just diddn't sink in for what ever reason. I'm taking my time and learning as much as I can. I'm not one of those know it all types just not in my nature. I am however the type who will do a job right the first time and to the best of my ability. I also am the type if I dont know something I'll be the first to say so but, then go and find the right answer. Thank you all for the kind words and advice

Cool man , this place is a great resource for sure. Time to get an entry level position at a company and start fixing and or installing hvac or ref. equipment. The pay will suck and they will try and work you into the dirt , however , if you survive and learn the basics , there are good times to be had.
