    #1 not only is the rag joint inside out.But it is not fully extended so it is choking the air.2 there is no straight shot of duct to get the air moving.having the rag close is ok but it must be fully extended to prevent drag and choking.Not only is the rag the problem but with the transition so close the air is in a way hit a wall with no momentum.All ways thank the other's for your hours.
