    I will guess that the expansion joint is too close to the furnace. I suppose that is the same as no plenum...

    rheem/ruud

    The blower outlet size needs to be continued for as far as possible. In some cases that may only be 14" but it makes the difference between working correctly or not. I tried to search for other posts on this topic but can't right now Boss is working on site. Symptoms are, add gas in the summer (low suction), remove gas in heating(high head).

    OK

    The take-off is suppose to be stright and blower flanges left upright. Whats the rest of it.?

    the canvas connection should not be mounted directly on the unit.
