    Where in Canada are you?? We have tonnes of them in my area in Ontario. Installed three A/C's and a furnace so far this year. Pretty much the same as a Tappan.

    Alberta... Never seen a goodman furnace here yet... been totin' the tools for 20 years... Hmmm. I DO, however, have a buddy named Bill Goodman... but that's a different matter. Usually, Trane, Lennox, Carrier, Tempstar/Heil, The odd Amana, Rhuud, and York in the A/C world here (Lloydminster) all of the above for furnaces, but there are a ton of Miller, ICG, Olsen, and Clare furnaces here.
    Teach the apprentices right... and learn from their questions and ideas.

    not only there is no disconnect, the liquid line is ran inside the insulation of the suction line.

    Can you really tell from the pic? Only the shadow knows for sure.
