I'm the A/C puke at an art museum where they've had a cold storage archives added where they store old photographs and negatives. We have a large "cool storage" room of about 60'X 60' that we keep at 60 degrees and 40% r.h and a small er "cold storage" 20'X 15' kept at 20 degrees and 30% rh.
Between the cold and cool rooms is a small room (the vestibule) where they stage materials back and forth between the other two vaults and it's kept at 40 degrees at 35% r.h. The vestibules is only about 7'X 4'.
The doors are the type used in walk-ins. The closure from the vestibule to the cold vault works everytime. The closure from the cool vault to the vestibule will not latch unless the other door is cracked open. It looks like an air pressure problem ...I've tried every adjustment to the closure with no luck. Don't they usually have some type of pressure relief device? or do I just need a heavier duty closure? I know this question will be a piece of cake to you reefer guys. Thanks
I forgot to mention the Cold room was designed to be at a higher static pressure than the cool room, so there is a little extra pressure to help push the cold room door closed.

you need to install a door vent with a heater so when the door closes the pressure would be release from the room
If you look inside your truck there is one in there also if you can find it.
