SIGNAL is a graphical interface program for BARBER COLMAN , Siebe , Invensys , TAC building automation system called NETWORK 8000

Originally developed as a multi vendor interface , by a company called DATA TALK , then bought by BC and used in place of the HOST 8000 software .

Gonna take a stab at this one...any time I have had to communicate with any EMS system, regardless of brand, I have had to obtain the software via the manufacturer...hope this helps

As do most people , as I pointed out SIGNAL was an aftermarket development software at the start by DATA TALK.

Had sites with BC , POWERS , ANDOVER , all tyed into a central computer and all transparent on monitoring screens. Had multi vendor editing function and was a nice package.
