    York YCAS oil control valve

YCAS 150: just performed WOH and found numerous leaks in usual places. replaced orings under hex plugs on compressor. replaced txv(rusted head), replaced seals in sight glass on oil seperator. I replaced the capacity control valve and torqued to specs. replaced oil line isolation valves etc... Found alot of metal shavings in oil filter. I unscrewed the large plug below capacity control valve and the check valve(oil control valve) was under pressure and fell out before I could check orientation. Does anyone have literature and or knowledge of proper direction of check valve? It is item #22 on page #30 of attached document. When plug is removed should you see the check face or the spring? When this happened it was not one of my better days.lol
