Anyone else watch that show? I love it. Some of the best BBQ you will see.

I'm not sure. Is that the guy who goes around the states and challenges local BBQers to a cook off? Or am I out in left field?

Yep your out in left field all right lol , The show centers around a group of participants that travel to different areas BBQing various Items such as brisket , pork shoulder , whole hog, ribs and chicken they are competing for money and prestige as the World Champion BBQer. They are judged on various aspects such as taste, texture, display and personal presentation. Originally Posted by can2man
