Menu at this resturant. $60, (have chice of apps only), $80 & $100, per plate. And the $80 & $100 are what they put in front of you, period. And a "gift from the kitchen". Now what the @!# that is I don't know. Wine starts at $60/btl.
But the equip. rep calls us cause the hacks they have can't figure out that the True under counter freezer isn't meant to hold and serve ice cream. Why they wouldn't use a dipping cabinet and why they buy this cheap equipment is beyond me.
