I don't think that's going to happen in an open forum
Hello,
I need information on how to set up a Flaker with a condensing unit. I need info on the controls needed to make it work. I also need info on how does it work.
Can anyone post manuals, tutorials of these machines?
Thanks in advance!

It`s better to be silent and thought the fool; than speak and remove all doubt.
Moved to Refrigeration and Ice Making.
You should get help here.
I can't be a proffesional member because the board does not recognize my degree (It's from Chile).
Does that mean you applied and were turned down.
or you just think they won't accept it.
Ok.
Just wanted to make sure you did apply. Some people in the past thought they wouldn't be accepted, and hadn't tried.
I'm not part of the membership committee. Sorry to hear about your misfortune with your application.
I don't think you'll find any tutorials, but here's a page full of manuals for you:

I agree he has a tall order here but if they were all simple Why do most ice guys I know hate working on them

Maybe because of the gears and the mechanical aspect. I like anything challenging.
And you don't have to stand around and wait for a harvest. Flakers are cool, usually bigger condensing units and equipment, a lot of them that I see are on top of walkin coolers so the ice drops into a bin in the box. Some are just set on steel racks so the ice falls into a fish tote, but they are easy to service.
One way to outthink people is to make them think you think. They'll think you're not really thinking what you're trying to get them to think you think...........
