Ground Buffalo chicken burgers
Get yourself 1lb of ground chicken, throw it in a bowl and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce and mix good.
After mixing form them into patties and grill like you would a regular burger.
You can top with cheese, bleu cheese dressing, tomato, lettuce etc..
and the best part it's healthy eating!
You can do the same w/ground turkey.
Because there is very little fat in ground turkey and chicken, don't overcook them or they will be very dry.
If you don't like hot sauce, you can add worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion soup mix, marinade, or bbq sauce in with the ground meat to add flavor.
