    Don't waste your time they do not want smart technicians they simply want a body very sad very sad indeed. Their ready and willing to talk to you until you mention relocation assistance or sign on bonus their response is oh we can't do that.You know looking for a new job in todays market is hard enough without the added presure of moving to another state.This typy of attitude has led me to beleive that most of these employers have limited management skills and no long term vision.

    Hmm How true Fresh Start!

    I have a lot of company's pull that krap, "Well were going to pay you 60G's a year; you need to make the first step."
    Ya, Sell your house, root up your family, Buy a new place,
    Pay all your expences, "oh by the way, hurry up doing that and get to work cause you need the money to pay for your first step you know! Also one other little thing!; signing the contract." You know, The one that has you paying their corporation a whole lot a money, when they get done screwing you, because after all there just getting started. Ya Sounds Good! Right, Don't leave the light on!
