Tayloer Magarita Machine(Model 340-12) technical support

I have a taylor magarita machine that product is not thick enough. I have started to adjust the thickness slowly. But I am concern that I may be low on charge(404A) 165#/25# @ 72 degree ambient. Can anyone give me insight. suction line temp @ compressor=46, discharge temp=120, liquid line temp=72.

both pressure sound very low on this system leak check and then pull charge and weigh in new charge and you will have your answer even if you dont find a leak, what its hold 1 lb maybe 2

should be around 200/225 head depending on how clean the condenser is
I've got a frozen crapachino machine from Taylor and info is hard to get
once you think you've seen it all
    (THINK AGAIN)
I would rather work for free than be look upon as a thief!!!!!

Not enough sugar in the mixture. Look at section 3.2. I know they are different companys but the concept is the same. I ran into where the mixture was to thick and they swore they didn't change anything.
