Are you wanting to create a Global Schedule? Are you working with XL50's or XL500's?

No...I have separate AHUs that serve different
areas that I need to put a schedule per AHU.
    Different AHUs, Different time schedules.

Honeywell XL50 or XL500 has internal schedule. A function in EBI called Global Schedule can access and edit them. Bacnet schedule in BACnet controllers can be accessed too.

Maybe field controllers you are using do not support scheduling and you need to create schedules on EBI and connect them to binary points in controllers?

If the schedules are not available they need to be created at the care level. Only once a schedule is in the controller can it be seen and modified on the EBI.
If it aint broke dont fix it!

I don't think I have any XL controllers...

The field controllers that are there look older.

They look like boards pushed in slots...

It looks like XL500 controlers, does each card case have 4 card slots?

In Ebi look at the system configure menu and the controller tab. But, It doesn't matter what type of controller the schedules still have to be in the controller before you can do anything in EBI.

When you say cards pushed into slots. Do they resemble tin cans - if so you have EXcel Classic and cannot use care to engineer time scheds you will have to use the Classic opt to create start/stop times and calenders ( very laborious).
As stated above, you would be better to create an EBI global sched to control the psuedo occupany point of each AHU.
