I can't find anything like that number on Emerson's (Alco) site.
But why not just pick a different TEV to suit your application, conditions and capacity?

i talked to a guy at sporland cause i thought it was one of theres..anyway he told me it was a discontinued valve..its a weird one, came with a polyethelene cap and theres a 1/64 hole in the cap where oil is coming from..its on a filerine chiller..1/4" lines in and out..ive talked to the chiller maker and they had no idea why the valve would leak..and like i said getting someone from also in impossible at this point ayway.

That sounds like it's a constant pressure expansion valve I found the A series valves in the johnstone catalog # 198 pg 1286. Or here's a link http://www.johnstonesupply.com/corp/...t_Code=B12-512 I'll bet they could help ya out.
I love the smell of phosgene first thing in the morning:

But I've had good luck with them for the most part. BTW ya cant use to much heat when ya burn one in or it will leak every time.
