    Wild Turkey

I have never tried wild turkey. I see them all over the place in southern Ontario. Anyone tried it? Is it white meat or all dark like goose? Does is it taste like domestic turkey at all?

    Turkeys Turkey.

Wild won't have all the additives and hormones we all love so much. They also don't self-baste
