Carrier CCN - Lon translator Card

Does anyone have any information if you can map points back to tridium from the CCN bus using the scrolling marquee? I do not have the CCN software or the carrier service tool at this time.
    Thanks,
    Kula

If the card was factory installed, you should be able to get the default lon info and default points list for the equipment the card is installed on from your local dealer. The Lon card should have been programmed from the factory when installed. The lon address can be captured when the service pin is pressed. If you want different points mapped then you will need c-view or service tool.

I have yet to see a factory installed translator, lon or otherwise, actually configured at the factory.

I'll second that. Factory installed and no data factory mapped.

Yes, system pilot will work, if you have the stamina. Would be a real butt woopin to do it like that.
