    Air Changes AIA table 7.2

    Working on a small remodel job that involves a small procedure room. I need to ventilate the room per AIA Table 7.2 which indicates 12 ACH (air changes per hour).

    Wondering if this ACH means the exchange of fresh air/exhaust air? or just 12 ACH of HEPA filtered air?

    2007 ASHRAE hvac apps handbook specifies for proceedure rooms: positive press, 3 OSA ACPH, 15total ACPH, no air recirc., 30-60 rh, 70-75 f. So does AIA or ASHRAE 62 require more than this? doubtful.
