Some heat pipes broke in the house due to freezing. The HO has to get the estimates mailed out on Monday to the insurance company. I'm going over there today(Sunday) to make repairs so she has heat and so no more damage gets done. What does the insurance company need to know besides the amount of the bill? Are they tough to get the money? She is giving me some $ to get started.
