    100% make up air becomes 0%

    I love the condensate drains. Nice job there. Also it looks like they took the time to evenly space the screws. Must have been a OCD Hack that did that job. Wait,, That would be CDO. Gotta be in order~!

    What exactly are we looking at here? Looks like the unit is no longer in service, and they decided to leave it on the roof?

    Or was it changed from 100% fresh to 0% on purpose? Did the building change uses, like from a medical facility to a storage facility?

    Medical facility so it's necessary but as of now they apparently are not in service. Hummmm......So right now the building has 0 make up air.
