    A what were they thinking moment.

    Another Company installs a 120,000 BTU gas furnace(2 years ago) in a town house that load Calculations sized for a 60,000 BTU Furnace. (When are people going to learn bigger is not better) Now we have a new customer that wants to know why we wont turn there furnace back on once we found all those nice cracks in there heat exchanger.

    Take some pictures of the inside of the HXE, and show them to the customer... along with a few links to articles on cracked HXE and CO poisoning... Then explain to them that you will have to call the Gas co and they will come out and shut off the gas to the house...
