Ever notice how they can't set a unit even & level. Some complexes, like this one, get to looking so junky with units set any which way and they use a dozen different brands.

Ditto, those cubes suck. Try changing the dual capacitor without laying on your back or standing on your head. Of course, they sucked when Rheem used them about 10 years ago too.

I don't like the cubes either.
The rectangle style is a diff story. Easy to work and QUIET. I have one. It's outside my beroom wall 2 feet away from where I sleep. Can barely hear it run.
Can't beat those 2 blade fans either. I guess after 25 or so years they didn't change much other than the phillips screws to the 1/4" head screws, thank god!
