has anyone here ever worked with the D BACS over Ethernet and had the problem that the pc ethernet adaptor keeps connection and disconnecting?

Hello all.. I was wondering or hoping that someone could send me the setupms3.exe software. I was told by daiken their device was configured but the wonderful IT dept changed the IP they were to use and to get the rep back out is very difficult. Any help would be great?
