I do not know what the Setup MS3 software is, but if you are trying to setup a D-BACS I have the SetupBACS program to configure IP address & BACnet info. Send me and e-mail and I will reply with the file.

Request for SetupDBACS software
We have done two BACnet/IP integrations with the DBACS and find it more difficult to get the tech onsite with the software than to actually discover the device. If someone could forward the SetupDBACS software to me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much for your assistance.

I guess I got lucky. Daikin tech showed up with a new laptop that wouldn't connect and he asked if I would mind if he installed it on my computer to configure the device, no problem.......
