And you said you were a tech.
Not as lean, not as mean, but I'm still a hardcore, ass-kicking, hard charging Marine! Oohrah!

if your a tech this should be pretty straight forward..
give us the vitals on your unit. if you arent a tech call one & save yourself
a few bucks. if you are a new tech get one of your co workers that is familiar with pumps & he shouldnt be there more than 20/ 30 min. to get you on the right track. u have a good unit dont screw it up.

I'm am just trying to get my 15 posts in so I can join the pro forum. Did that sound like a serious question to you ? I am a State Contractor here in FL. The Previous question about the Defrost Issue...............In the last 7-8 years we haven't had very cold winters, so most units never went into defrost. We have been having 20 degree nights this week which is really overworking the heat pumps and we have been coming across many issues we haven't seen in a while......... I did have a Giant snowball this morning, but it has been taken care of. I should have taken a picture.
