    WaterFurnace “Envision” model # 072

We installed a WaterFurnace “Envision” model # 072, 6-ton heat pump, dual capacity, variable speed fan, 15 kW strip heat, with hot water maker. Closed loop. The house is zoned, the upstairs and the main level. 2 each, VisionPro IAQ 9000 Honeywell programmable thermostat with outside temperature. It goes like this: Stage 1 for about 3 minutes, Stage 2 for about 3 minutes, and “off” for about 3 minutes. This repeats it and repeats it! In fact, a week or more with the same scenario! Our technician wired another Honeywell thermostat to treat as a 1-zone house, same bad luck! What is wrong? Thanks!

When troubleshooting I always bypass thermostat with jumpers and work my way backwards.

    hje,

This is the consumer relations department at WaterFurnace. We have read through your comments regarding your thermostat. Could you please tell us what type of zoning system you have?
