    INNOVATIVE AC UNIT INFO

Would anyone have info on a
    INNOVATIVE AIR SYSTEM UNIT M#MSCWC20VALFC5
    S#503950010605031

Unit is a 20 ton heat pump water cooled. Need internal piping, wiring prints and refrigeration internals. 2 Stage

Have one of these units that needs work. Unit has bypass around TEV. There is only one TEV with a bypass around for heat pump mode. One of our techs was on this job today and said he sees reversing valve but no second TEV at condensor? No sign of other bypass or orifice???
So a refrigerant piping of the internals is needed. There are no wiring diagrams on units either.

Went on net and could not find company?? Any help is appreciated.

By any chance, is this what you're looking for?

InnoventAir uses ONE TEV and a single one-way dryer and TWO bypass lines with check valves.

    Refer,
Thanks, nothing as big as your web site shown. As you stated in your second post. I have seen the piping arrangement you spoke of. Trane has used it also.
Out tech said he didn't see the second bypass? It is definetly an INNOVATIVE AIR SYSTEM. Not innoventair, unless they had a name change over the years. He also said he saw no check valves. Which are probably internals in the bypass line.

I won't see the job until later this week. The building has no info on these units.I know on these units they are difficult to work on since when you remove covers on side all air bypasses evap. Compressors on bottom and controll panel between comp and evap section on the side of unit.

    Hmm

Still having problems with this unit. I verified piping. Ther is only one TEV with a henry check valve around it! No other expansion devices. When unit goes into HP mode, RA gets to be to warm and head pressure increases?

Discharge leaves compressor to rev valve ,to plate heat exchanger, to TEV ,to evap coil, to suc accumulator to compressor.

When in heat mode, comp to Evap (which now is air colled cond), through TEV and henry valve bypass, to Rev Valve, to plate heat exchanger, to suc accum, bac to compressor.

No modifications on this unit! Both 10 ton circuits piped identically!
TEV has equalization linr and remote bulb on suction line.
