    A little to the right...

    Customer said one side of the building was always colder. The geniuses that installed it just left it this way. But it was only one of many problems, the other biggie was the original 1970's mercury stat they left to run the new 3 heat 2 cool heat pump, in a locked office, also being feed by ANOTHER system. And this thing is 2+ years old?!

    Their measuring tape was a little off. You would think they would have
    at least sealed the gap, but maybe they did not even look.

    I'm confused ... the first picture is of the curb adaptor ... right? What am I missing? Or are you talking about the trap?

    The second picture is down the return and you see they are using the ceiling void as a plenum .... right?

    look in the second pic on the left of the return you will see a gap where you can see outside

    the curb is the wrong size
