88 year old customer, very cantankerous, takes no crap from anyone. Refers to everyone as "You PEOPLE" !! Hated new unit, said so noisy he could barely sleep. Unit is rated for lowest decibels in the industry. He called us out 4 times since install.......what are you PEOPLE going to do for me ? System was running like a dream ? Every trip he would accompany the tech to the unit, and say cain't ya hear that racket ? The last tech out said kinda, but it is like a high pitched noise, and I think it is coming from your hearing aid ! Ohhhh Noooo it isn't ! YOU People ripped me off, I can't believe you can't hear it ? The tech replied, I can't hear it because I pulled the disconnect, the unit is not even running !! Gotta love the public, eh ?
