Siemens PXC application BACnet and node addresses

Need a help in Siemens addressing department. Our customers has MSTP/BACNet PXC which tries to communicate to third party IP BACnet server thru the router (MSTP BACnet to IP BACNet router).
They write custom applications in PXC which uses system names. But how can I replace node address in the programs with BACnet device address so PXC can talk to another BACnet device using it's BACnet address. What format does it use?

If anyone can provide me an example of a program to use in PCX which acta as a BACnet client to read values from BACnet device it would great!!

Also can PXC communicate with SNMP devices not on the same network or it will be impossible for PXCs to talk outside it's own network let alone be programmed to controll third party BACnet device?

The PXC can reference other BACnet devices in it's program one of two ways:

    BACnet encoded name ("BAC_1234_AI_56")

Always starts with BAC_. The first number is the device instance number. The letters here are the object type (AI, BI, BV, etc.) The second number is the object instance number.

Device Name and Object Name ([DeviceName]ObjectName)

The device name must be in brackets.

    No SNMP support yet.
