E.P.A Question...??Type II

Any person who opens an appliance for maintenance service or repair must have at least one self-contained recovery machine available at their place of business. The exceptions to this rule are persons working on;
A: small appliances.
B: low pressure appliances.
C: high pressure appliances.
D: very high pressure appliances.

We don't have E.P.A where I'm from but Wouldn't it be a small aplliances since there is nothing stated about pressures? Cause you normally have to charge back into the system or it must be reclaimed before service work

B: agree to destroy the refrigerant, but typically a substantial fee is charged.
C: re-sell the refrigerant for reuse in its current state.

When a household refrigerator compressor does not run, it is recommended that low and high side access valves be installed when recovering refrigerant from the system because;
A: it can enhance the speed of recovery.
B: it may ve necessary to achieve required recovery efficiency.
C: otherwise, the refrigerator's compressor may be damaged.
