    less then 2 hours before "the day"...

    i give myself the best gift i can....i stop smoking on the 24 ....almost 7 days.

    Happy B-Day and congrats on the smoking. I quit about 10 years ago and now I'm 40lbs heavier. I traded smokes for food. What's worse?

    gerry and the rest of us Aquarius's. Mine was the 29th, the big 40. I quit dippin snuff last Feb.1. I have gained about 20lb.s and had to be medicated for my blood pressure within the last year. Which is worse, overweight, hyper-tensioned old fart or not so overweight, calmed down snuff dipper?

    1 year pass, still not smoking .. + 20 lbs .... and had to take pill for blood pressure too.(started 2 weeks ago)?????
