i give myself the best gift i can....i stop smoking on the 24 ....almost 7 days.Don't interrupt me while i'm talking to myself

Happy B-Day and congrats on the smoking. I quit about 10 years ago and now I'm 40lbs heavier. I traded smokes for food. What's worse?
