    Honeywell "Networked zoning"

I install many geothermal systems using the Honeywell "Networked zoning". Before, I had thought that the IAQ 9000 stat would operate the network board in the way as the stat did: in the installation setup, you can program the electric auxiliary heat to not come on above 5*F to 60*F. Now I find that not the case at all! Is there another zoning product out there with this feature?

I think Carrier can with the optional outdoor sensor, but it wouldn't be too difficult to add a outdoor tstat and control the strips on any brand.
