    Trane voyager service Manual

need to get a manual so I can firmilerize myself with locations for servicing a newer RTU.
Looking at it without taking covers off and wondering where is access for burners and controls

left pannel blower compartment..middle panel heating section..not your standard burner as in a furnace(correction..some do have normal burners)...right panel compressor section..top 1/3 contains controls...depending on the model is what type of controls are in there. the fancy ones have several boards.. ultra basic model has a few contractors. Separate control board for heating. If u measure gas preasure at the valve u will get a negative reading...they basically suck the gas out of the line, mix it with air then throw it into the burner compartment. there are slight variations depending on age and models

I just did a CPU on one. Hold on to your PO book! They are pricey to fix.

Tip, 3 wire limit in blower section loves to stick open after a power outage. ( if the heat was rocking when power went out )

    Thank you for That!
I was present the other day on a Jobsite where a RTU would not fire up in heating mode
I was watching as the Boss on the job tried to figger out what made it tick.
As I walked around the unit in 20 degree temps I said to myself.....It would be nice if Someone KNEW.
    Next time I may!
( i,ve learned to stand back ntil asked for help)Thay called in a service tech and he turned it into a 10 hr service callon a 2year old unit.

Amick is a member here. I've known about that site for quite some time. It's in my Favorites. I think he shared it in the Pro Section links thread a few years ago.

Never thought of that one. You can also use the nut driver you just used to open it up.
